Background
Alaskan Wind Industries installed this Skystream 3.7 Wind Turbine in the Soldotna area of Alaska off of Poppy Ridge near the college. This wind turbine is sitting on a 60ft monopole looking over the Kenai River. This wind turbine is going to help the homeowner produce energy while he is building his home. Krull believes "If you can reduce the amount of electricity that you have to buy from the local electric company and the amount that they need to produce, I think you're doing a good thing,". This family will be recieving a 30% Tax Rebate from the US Treasury to help them with this installation and free energy.
